Yoga Tots (crawlers - 18mths) - 8 week course

A great opportunity to build up your fitness levels in a fun and unique class that focuses on the individual needs of mums, toning, strengthening, and relieving those tired and tight shoulders!  The class is mostly about mum but includes tots yoga sequences, song and fun to keep your child healthy and happy too.   Suitable for newcomers to yoga this course also builds well from the previous Yoga Babes course with a wider variety of yoga postures.  Pregnant women and siblings are welcome to come along too just check with the teacher before booking.

- Utilise breathing exercises to aid concentration and clear the mind
- Enhance your tots natural development through age appropriate baby yoga moves
- Learn inventive ways to incorporate yoga into your home life with your children.
- Mums relaxation time at the end of the class allows them to put their feet up while tots are soothed by music, bubbles and quiet play.

Booking now for terms 2, 3 and 4.
Class time: Mondays 11.15am-12.15pm (see term dates below)
$120. Booking essential. 

Term 2: Monday 23 April – 18 June (Note: no class 4 June due to Queen's Birthday)
Term 3: Monday 16 July – 3 September
Term 4: Monday 29 October – 17 December

Please note this course requires minimum numbers booked and paid two weeks before the course starts. (If minimum numbers are not booked/paid by this date, a full refund will be issued to those that have.)

Teri McEvoy, a student of John & Lucy Scott has recently completed her teacher training at Stillpoint, Nelson. Having found Ashtanga nearly 10 years ago in London, she is now a registered Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. She is passionate about John’s method of teaching, focusing on the moving meditation of Ashtanga Yoga using breath, bandha and dhristi. view more
