Beginners Yoga – 8 week courses

A comfortable ‘step by step’ introduction to the foundation poses of yoga. No prior experience of yoga is necessary, all equipment provided.

•    Give you the skills to relax both your body and mind making a real difference to your health and well-being.

BEGINNERS 1: 
Yoga Basics for beginners - a slow graded approach to the foundation poses of yoga.

BEGINNERS 2: 
Suitable if you have completed Beginners 1 or have some prior knowledge of yoga.
