Astanga Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic class for an early morning wake up. Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series is a set of linked asanas (postures) designed to strengthen and purify the body while stilling and calming the mind. This practice can be adapted to your needs and all asana will be shown in a beginner’s capacity alongside the regular practice.

A 1-hour Pilates class led by Susan Lee from Takapuna Physiotherapy. The class combines core strength, flexibility, balance and postural education. Ideal for those who have back problems and want to improve their strength and reduce injury reoccurrence.
