Feb.5 : Yoga is an ancient and well-recognised system for building health and wellbeing. Over our six weeks together, you’ll learn a variety of poses that not only stretch the body but also strengthen, tone and condition your muscles and mind. Within a few weeks, you can expect to sleep better, reduce your stress, brighten your mood and lighten your step. Six weeks will give you a solid introduction to and experience of the benefits of yoga in a safe and friendly manner.
