Oct. 16: Yoga is a well recognised system for building health and wellbeing. Over our six weeks together, you’ll learn a variety of poses that not only stretch the body but also strengthen, tone and condition your muscles and mind. Within a few weeks, expect to sleep better, reduce your stress, brighten your mood and lighten your step. Six weeks will keep you on course and help you experience the benefits of yoga in a graduated, safe and friendly manner.
