    May 14: All new 8-week pregnancy yoga course. Senior teacher and pregnancy masseuse Jojo Hogan will lead you on this fabulous yoga journey as you prepare for motherhood. Learn exercises that feel great for your changing body and help you prepare mentally for the big day and beyond. Be sure to register early to avoid disappointment. Course capped at 12.  Classes run 5.30-6.45 pm.
